What a beautiful day in Langhe, budbreak has started and we are all looking forward to the new vintage. These vines are from a very famous vineyard called Cannubi, which is in the heart of the Barolo valley.
We only work with producers who follow organic and natural farming practices, living in close contact with the entire cycle of the vines is a great way for us to learn more about a side of this industry that normally Sommeliers tend to steer away from.
A wise man once told me that wine is made in the vineyard, and in the vineyard we’re going to look.
