Sometimes we indulge and treat ourselves, but most of the time we postpone. This Bartolo Mascarello 08 was OUTOFTHISWORLD and for my taste, at a perfect point of its evolution.
Today’s advice is: don’t let your wine age too long, waiting for the perfect occasion, but let the bottle BE the occasion.
