As we wait for the final approval on our Oneonthehill license, we have decided to take a break down south to visit some family in Calabria and then explore the Etna region in Sicily, which is gaining more and more popularity for its grapes Nerello Mascalese, Carricante, Catarratto as well as its very unique volcanic terroir.
So this is a theatre in Taormina from 2300 years ago, with a volcano and stunning beach in the background. It’s mid-January and we’re wearing t-shirts. Ladies and gents, Sicily is just incredible.
