Barolo Night – Our private dinner in Langhe and abroad

Barolo Night – Our private dinner in Langhe and abroad

A few months ago we met Matteo Mantegazza, a great guy from Monza who moved to Alba to work at the legendary Piazza Duomo, a 3 Michelin stars restaurant run by chef Crippa, owned by the Ceretto family.

Matteo now own his own tour company in Langhe but he’s definitely learned a few tricks in the kitchen, so we came up with the idea of a very intimate event for our guests: a chef and a Sommelier from Alba, white truffles and Piemonte wines. It was immediately a success. It’s a fun, educational and very relaxed dinner, with a fully customisable menu and wine pairing.

Many guests asked us if we could fly abroad and do a Barolo Night in California, what do you think we answered?
